Welcome to The Bluffs at Seven Hills!
We are located in a quiet subdivision of Southeast Aurora, Colorado called Seven Hills. As perhaps one of the smallest Homeowners Associations in the state, we are a friendly and diverse community.
44 homes make up The Bluffs HOA, which is located near the intersection of Tower & Hampden. Our neighborhood backs up to Peace with Christ Lutheran Church.

Prices are:
- $75 for a Quarter Page ad
- $100 for a Half Page ad
- $150 for a Full Page ad
All newsletter ads may be accompanied by an ad to display on the web site at www.thebluffshoa.com. If your ad is image-based, we require it in JPG, GIF or PNG format, with maximum dimensions being 230 pixels wide by 230 pixels high. If text-based, simply provide the text you would like displayed and the link you would like the viewer sent to.
