1. WE HAVE A WEBSITE!!
www.thebluffshoa.com
Thanks to our own Dan Sullivan (3228) our neighborhood has its own website. Future
uses for the site are limited only to the imagination, but for now, there’s
some interesting information on it, including: HOA covenants and bylaws. New
Colorado HOA guidelines. News and Announcements. A few neighborhood photos. A
place for “classifieds”. Names and numbers of your HOA president
and board members. In order to access confidential information (HOA finances,
phonebook, etc.) you must have a password. See website for instructions.
2. ADC
We have a RE-ENERGIZED Architectural Design Committee (ADC). This committee, formed of neighborhood volunteers has committed to aggressively enforce the standards outlined in the bylaws and covenants we all agreed to when we bought our homes. Committee members are: Sean Gillette (Chairman, 3064), Jerry Harrop (3247), Tim Johnson (3288), and Elton Jones (3217).
The ADC will be actively looking over the neighborhood for variances in our covenant standards that negatively affect our PROPERTY VALUES. PLEASE HELP the committee by fixing obvious problem areas, or pointing out your favorite neighborhood problem, whether it be neglected landscaping, weeds, homes in need of paint and other maintenance, improperly parked/stored vehicles, oil stained driveways, etc.
MEETINGS: The ADC will meet regularly at 7PM on the FIRST MONDAY of each month at 3217 S. Andes St. HOMEOWNERS ARE INVITED to attend any ADC meeting to provide comments, express concerns, complain, just listen, or to volunteer to help. The board welcomes your attendance and will address your concerns.
NOTICES: The ADC will be distributing Notices to Homeowners who appear to be in violation of the covenants. (See sample attached)
