Our Purpose
This web page is intended to be both a resource to current homeowners in our community as well as a window to those interested in possibly making The Bluffs at 7 Hills their home. This web page will be monitored and maintained by the Bluffs Home Owners Association and will be updated as necessary with community news and information. The menu at the right indicates the individual pages within the site where specific information can be found and suggestions for new items are always welcome. The board members and their contact information are listed on the board page and general email questions are welcome.
The purpose of the Bluffs Homeowners' Association is to advance the interests of the residents and property owners. The Bluffs HOA is , a subdivision in the city of Aurora, Colorado, County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado by maintaining the same high quality residential areas, including the enforcement of restrictive covenants, and by initiating, promoting and improving any and all matters of mutual interest, benefit, and advantage to said area and to the persons who from time to time may be residents or owners of property in said area
